How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every order. We process orders in 1 to 3 business days, and most orders arrive 7 to 15 business days after they ship. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

What are the masks made of and how do they fit?
The printed faces are a soft, stretchy fleece-lined fabric, and the Food masks are a chunky stretch knit. Both are one size and fit most adults, with eye openings that sit comfortably under ski goggles.
Will it fit under my helmet and goggles?
Yes. The masks are thin and stretchy, so they sit under a helmet and behind goggles without bulk. Pull the neck up over your collar for full coverage.
How do I wash it?
Check the care label first. As a safe default, wash cold on a gentle cycle or by hand, and let it air dry.
What if I do not love it?
You are covered by our 30-day guarantee. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out. Items should be unworn or lightly tried on. Full details are in our returns policy.
