Refund policy

We want you to love your mask. If you don't, contact us at Productshop.support@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or lightly tried on, with no damage. We'll refund your original payment method once we approve the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
